   - **Production on pre-orders begins after the website closes out the pre-order phase.**
   - Please note that shipping times for pre-orders may vary depending on the volume of orders at the time.
   - **Refunds for pre-orders are prohibited**, as orders are already in the process of being manufactured and payment has been made for the production of your item.

3. **Pre-Order Updates**:
   - We provide **weekly updates** on the status of pre-orders:
     - Instagram stories and highlights on our official account.
     - Our website under the **'Shipping Updates'** section, which provides live updates.
     - Occasionally, updates will be posted on TikTok.
     - Updates will also be sent via **SMS or email marketing**, depending on what the customer is subscribed to.

   We will provide tracking numbers as soon as possible so you can stay updated about the whereabouts of your item.
